Recruitment on 2350 posts by Sarkari Exam of Basic teacher in Uttarakhand

Another major requirement of basic teacher in the education department is going to open soon through the Sarkari Exam. The education department has also sent a proposal to the government identifying 2350 posts at the basic level. This requirement is included in both Garhwal mandal and Kumaon mandal through Sarkari Exam. 1266 posts are to be filled in Garhwal division and 1085 in Kumaon division.

These requirements include 1266 post in 6 districts except Dehradun in Garhwal division and 1085 post in Kumaon division. According to the sources, the requirement on these posts can be started immediately after the decision of the Supreme Court in the ongoing requirement of 2600 posts.

15000 recruitments to be done in 4 years -

The education department has set a target of recruiting 15,000 posts by Sarkari Exam in the next 4 years. This includes the post of Lt, Lecturer, guest teachers and ministerial staff. On May 6, during the review of the education department in the secretariat, the officials have placed their 4-year plan in front of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami. According to this, by the year 2026-27, 8243 new requirements will be done at the basic level and 6882 at the secondary level.

Sarkari Exam: Education department's DG Vanshidhar Tiwari said that in the Sarkari Exam requirement of 2600 post release at present, about 1800 posts have been selected. Meanwhile, due to the ongoing case of NIOS, D.Eled and B.Ed. trainees in the Supreme Court, the remaining requirements have to be stopped. It has been decided to restart the requirement only after the order of the Supreme Court in the matter. In this, the government is also going to file an agency appeal for early hearing. The vacant post in the department will be filled in phased manner.
